Adopt high technology to make sure reliable sterilizing temperature-high temperature alarm, low temperature reflux; Tube internal good polish to make sure all tubes can fully clean, self sterilization to ensure aseptic system. High degree full-automatic PLC control, which can control and record whole CIP clean process, pipe sterilization and product sterilization; auto CIP & SIP.
Process flow:
Product inlet 5℃ – 65℃ Homogenize – 137℃(3-5S) Sterilization – 20℃~25℃, Suitable for aseptic package products;
Product inlet 5℃ – 65℃ Homogenize – 115℃/125℃(5-15S) Sterilization – 88℃~90℃, Suitable for hot filling;
Product inlet 5℃ – 65℃Homogenize – 115℃/125℃(5-15S) Sterilization – 75℃~78℃ Suitable for middle – temperature filling products;
Standard components: SIEMENS PLC control system and touch screen, World Famous brand pneumatic butterfly valve, hot water pump, UK Spirax sarco steam pressure reducing system, steam regulation system, Germany JUMO temperature sensor, Frequency converter adopt Danfoss or ABB, electrical control cabinet with schneider electrical components.
